I have had some major problems uploading my evaluation due to being the other side of the world over easter but here it is.. What happened to a good old pen and paper...

We did some more changes (editing) to our final piece, I therefore uploaded the updated version onto youtube and Facebook:

Below i have put the link for our final piece. all finished, finally! Its been a  roller coaster to put it simply. We had some fun filming it, but mainly stress, as stated earlier in my blog, we had a lot of problems. But i have loved the whole experience, learnt a lot of useful new skills and the hard work was worth it. I love what Millie and i have produced and I'm truly proud to say we made it.

OUR PROCESS OF UPLOADING OUR FINAL PIECE ONTO THE INTERNET :D

First we had to compress the file so it is compatible with any server. We will be uploading it onto youtube and also Facebook.

Then we uploaded it on to youtube, ready to show people all around the world our final piece, which was absolutely terrifying and ready to embrace any comments we may receive on it.

Finally i uploaded our final piece onto my Facebook page. I also put a comment below after i uploaded it asking for anyone who views it to leave a comment (hopefully  positive).

A FILMING ISSUE

Right from the start we filmed our project on my iPhone, and at the time we didn't realise that we were filming portrait instead of landscape and therefore not thinking of the result of this. We have ended up with the whole film in a portrait view, as i have shown below:

When we sir pointed out what we had done, we were super stressed as  the only way we could think of sorting the problem would be filming all of it all over again. Which would be very difficult. Sir suggested the angle we have it like is like a home filmed movie. So this is the stance we decided to take. We have also decided to have the credits on the right side to make it look as though we have done this portrait filming on purpose.

We have decided to only use one sound effect, and that is going to be the sound of an old film reel. Our reasons for this is because our film has been made to look like a home filmed, old fashioned film we thought that it would be a good idea to reveal this to our audience right at the beginning when our production logo appears.
